Message from Dave to the BOTTOMS UP family,

Just wanted to write a little message to my BOTTOMS UP Brothers and Followers of the group. I just wanted to thank the guys in the band for understanding my decision. This was one of the most hardest decisions I’ve had to make in a very long time. Believe me, it’s something that I don’t want to do, but I truly believe that stepping away for the time being will give me the time that I need. However, please be aware that I will probably be going crazy not having this outlet in my life.

I’ve been in this band since its start in 2002  and have loved every minute of it. The guys in this group are more than just “band members” to me. I’ve grown up with these guys in my life and they really are friends. It’s no surprise that I’ve played with these same guys in past bands. It just works. It means more to me playing in a band of real friends and having a genuine good time rather than a band of members that you don’t really know and having to “pretend” or “putting on an act”. It’s much more fun not to put on an act and just have fun. This band has given me that ten fold and I thank you guys for that.

Now,,, to all of you who follow the band. Please continue to support these guys! The guys are bringing another close friend to the group during my absence. Mr Edward Baird is bringing his vocal & guitar talent to the band and will add to the band a lot. We’ve played in many past projects as well and will fit right in with BOTTOMS UP.
