Wow, What an experience. We really had a great time and met alot of wonderful people. We want to thank Mark the owner for having us. We’ll definitely see you next year. Ed and Kim from Cover Story Band for providing sound. Check these guys out if you haven’t already.Great job guys. You rock.

This Sat we are playing at the Greatest 5k Run Ever at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids at 10am. Then next weekend we’re at Paw Paw Wine and Harvest Festival. And Yes, we’re back at Double Six after that. Come and party with us.

Well, It’s finally here, this friday is nudefest 2010 in Union City Michigan. It’s gonna be a riot. After that we are at the Riverside Park in Grand Rapids for the 5k Run, Then Paw Paw Mi for the Wine and Harvest Festival then back to the Double Six. We are having so much fun rockin’ our fans again. Come out and party with us. DON’T BE SHY!!!!

We had an AWESOME time last weekend at Little River. Lots of friends came up to support us and welcome up back to the grove. The band played exceptionally well and sounded great. We brought some new songs to our arsenal. Now we’re looking forward to NUDEFEST 0n Aug. 27th in Union City Mi. It’s gonna be a good show. Our friend d Wager from Cover Story Band id providing sound and lights for the show.

We’re glad to be back and even gladder to have come back with a BANG!!!!

Looking forward to the rest of the year of rockin with you guys.

HELLO…TESTING,TESTING…..

Bottoms Up is finally back and read to rock and roll with you all. We’re heading back to Little River Casino on the 13th and 14th of August and after that we are playing “NUDESTOCK” on Aug. 27th in Union City. Yes, you heard us right. NUDESTOCK. This should definitely be a fun time. Hope to see you guy at some of our gigs. Check out our schedule and come party with us. We Love you all!!!

Greatest 5k Run Ever

Just to let everyone know, The annual Greatest 5k Run Ever Has changed the date of the run to Saturday September 4th. It’s still at the Riverside Park in Grand Rapids and Bottoms Up is still Playing the event.

The Help Fight Scleroderma Foundation was created by the Brennan Family
as a means to raise awareness of Scleroderma in West Michigan. With the
help of friends, family, sponsors, and your support we are able to put on the
Grestest 5K Ever, Team HFS, and other exciting fund raisers. These events
raise awareness of this disease as well as money for support, education, and
research.
What is Scleroderma?
Scleroderma is a chronic, autoimmune connective tissue disease, and the
word scleroderma literally means “hard skin”. Common symptoms include
thickening and hardening of the skin, joint stiffness and pain and sensitivity to
cold in the extremities. Symptoms can also include damage to internal organs
making scleroderma a potentially fatal condition. Characteristics of the
disease include an over-production of collagen and damage to blood
vessels. Approximately 300,000 people in the United States suffer from
scleroderma. Scleroderma primarily affects women between the ages of 25
and 55. There is currently no known cause or cure.

Yesterday the world lost a true icon. To the realm of heavy metal music, there was no one better. Although we(bottoms up) were never blessed with the chance to directly play music with him or even get to open for him at one of his shows, each one of us can actually say that we feel as close to him and as much of a friend and “Fellow” musician as anyone. Just being blessed with the ability to play HIS songs in OUR band and OUR stage is MORE than we could ever have hoped for. Ronni, You have influenced so many people with your words and music. You can rest peacefully knowing that your inspiration,wisdom,influence and gratitude will live on forever in our minds. Your music will NEVER die. You are a true icon and our true friend. You ARE the Rainbow In The Dark!!!!

Hi everyone. Just a note to let you all know we’re still here. We are all enjoying a little time off. Well, all except Steve that is…. Poor guys working a ton of hours. Give him a shout to keep him sane.

Tim and Shepp went and saw Erich as he sat in for our friends Mike Hawkes and Willy Love with the Rockstars. It was a good time. Was good to see Mike and Willy again.

Keep checking our Facebook and Myspace pages as well as right here for updates to our gigs pages. We’ve got plenty more gigs in the works so don’t let the blank spaces fool ya.

Time Off

As most of you know, Bottoms Up always takes May and June off from playing to help our our bass player Steve as his work has him devoting huge amounts of hours this time of year. Don’t fear though. We will be back, ready to rock you like a hurricane . Keep a look out here and on our facebook and myspace pages for upcoming dates. We are constantly adding more dates to our list as they confirm. Kirby Grill This Weekend

We are playing at the Kirby Grill in Grand Haven this weekend. Come out and party with us. This will be the last gig we play for a couple of months as we do every year due to Steve’s job.
